A Whole-Person, Trauma-Informed Approach to Mental Health & Wellbeing

I believe that healing is not just about managing symptoms it’s about understanding the deep connection between the mind, body, and past experiences. Trauma, stress, and emotional pain don’t just live in our thoughts; they shape how we feel in our bodies, how we relate to others, and how we navigate the world. That’s why at MindfulWell, I take a trauma-informed, whole-person approach to mental health and wellbeing, offering a space where you can feel safe, seen, and supported as you heal.

Through counselling psychotherapy, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace, develop tools for resilience, and reconnect with your inner strength. But healing isn’t just about talking it’s also about how we listen to the body, regulate the nervous system, and create safety within ourselves. That’s why I also offer mindfulness practices, yin yoga, workshops, and retreats supporting you in integrating both mind and body, so healing feels natural and lasting.

A trauma-informed approach means I honor your experiences and work with you in a way that is gentle, empowering, and deeply respectful of your unique journey. You are not broken. You are whole, and together, we can rediscover the strength, balance, and wellbeing that already exists within you.
